NAIT: Start as Nursing Assistant in Training—Path to CNA

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is offering a temporary Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) position to prepare candidates to pass the Minnesota Nursing Assistant competency exams. As an NAIT, you will be responsible for duties similar to a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) once deemed competent through the training. After completing the 75-hour NATCEP course, you will take and pass both MN state exams for skills and knowledge.
