Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required LBA required Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans Experience supervising and supporting BTs/RBTs Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills Bilingual preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs Collaborate with families, caregivers, and members of the clinical team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide services in accordance with BACB ethical and professional standards About N & Co.
