JERSEY PRESSER-SOTO WAREHOUSE

Heat Press Operator Rank + Rally is looking for a detail-oriented heat press operator to join our Soto Warehouse production team. This role is responsible for operating commercial heat press equipment to produce premium-quality custom jerseys while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and production standards. This position will report directly to the Retail Warehouse manager.

Perform quality inspections throughout production to ensure finished products meet company standards. Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily output goals and deadlines Keep workstations clean, organized and safe Perform routine maintenance of heat press equipment Assist with inventory counts of garments, transfers, and production supplies Follow all company safety procedures and quality control standards Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience operating Stahls', Hotronix commercial heat press equipment is preferred. Knowledge of heat transfers applications Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to read and interpret work orders and production instructions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under tight production deadlines.
