Supply Chain Manager - Contract

Senior Supply Chain Manager Location: Highland Park, IL – on-site five days per week

Join a fast-growing, family-owned wine and spirits business with a successful international portfolio of premium brands. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this is a senior leadership role responsible for improving and developing the company's end-to-end supply chain, covering procurement, production, inventory, forecasting, logistics and distribution.5+ years' supply chain management experience, ideally within alcohol, beverages or CPGNetSuite implementation experience essential Strong experience across procurement, inventory, forecasting, replenishment and logistics Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables and macros Strong background in process optimisation, continuous improvement and cost reduction Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field Developing and improving end-to-end supply chain strategy and processes Managing procurement, production, inventory, forecasting and distribution initiatives Improving demand forecasting, replenishment and stock levels Managing supplier pricing, negotiations and service performance Using data and KPIs to drive operational improvements Managing cross-functional supply chain projects and mitigating operational risks Supporting raw material R&D and procurement Driving NetSuite implementation and process optimisation Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and senior leadership A high-impact opportunity to lead and develop supply chain operations within a growing international premium drinks business, working directly with senior leadership and helping shape the processes, systems and strategy needed to support continued growth.
