About Tacit

We are backed by General Catalyst, Khosla Ventures, and Greylock Partners, with a founding team from Stanford, BrainGate, Oculus, and Tesla. Serve as the main point of contact for participants — answering questions and resolving concerns ahead of scheduled sessions
Develop relationships with club leaders, professors, student organizations, career centers, and other campus partners.
Track outreach activities, referrals, applications, and successful participant sign-ups.
Partner with the Data Collection team to ensure participant profiles match study requirements and enrollment quotas are met on schedule
Represent Tacit professionally and follow all approved communication, privacy, and research‑participant guidelines.

Able to work independently, manage outreach activities, and meet agreed-upon recruitment goals.
Comfortable tracking activities and results using digital tools.
Available for occasional campus events, meetings, and outreach outside regular class hours.
Must follow Tacit’s approved recruitment messaging and processes.
Prior experience with an ATS, CRM, or outreach tools is a plus but not required
