They are looking for a Finishing Supervisor to lead their coatings operation, which includes multiple powder coating and dip paint lines. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, people-focused leader to build processes from the ground up, make an immediate impact on quality and efficiency, and shape the future of the finishing department.5+ years of experience in finishing processes, including powder coating and/or immersion (dip) paint; dip tank line experience a strong plus 3+ years of production supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment; metals, finishing, or coating services industry a plusStrong knowledge of paint processes, viscosity, quality inspection, and coating equipment, with the ability to find and fix the root cause of quality issues and equipment problemsExperience managing preventative maintenance, consumable inventory, and environmental/regulatory reporting (EPA, OSHA) Proven ability to lead, train, and develop diverse, multilingual teams; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredTakes ownership and enjoys building processes, not just following themThrives in a fast-paced, high-mix environment; stays positive, recovers quickly from setbacks, and makes sound decisions independentlyPrimarily first shift (four 10-hour days), with flexibility to support second shift, Friday overtime, and occasional Saturday maintenance
