Job Overview:
We are seeking Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Williamsport, IN. This position involves assembling products, inspecting completed materials, and supporting the production team in meeting daily quality and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products and components according to company specifications.
Use basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
Please note:
Candidates must be willing to work in a team setting, have great written and verbal communication skills, and be able to pass a background check.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
