The Textile Weaving Machine Operator operates multiple loom types to produce industrial textiles within a small, shift-based line production team. This role supports efficient production through precise loom setup, thread alignment, defect detection, basic equipment care, and operator-led quality testing and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Operate multiple loom types for industrial textile production.
Set up looms and align threads according to production requirements.
Monitor production processes and equipment performance.
Detect and address textile defects during production.
Perform operator-led quality testing and maintain production documentation.
Complete basic machine cleaning and lubrication.
Collaborate with the small, shift-based line production team.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in textile machine operation.
Experience with industrial loom operation.
Background in textile manufacturing.
Experience with quality control.
