This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong CNC maintenance and repair background who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction without extensive overnight travel.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $35–$50/hr + overtime after 40 hours

- Travel within approximately a 3-hour radius of Indianapolis
- Home most nights
Ideal background includes:
- Several years of experience maintaining, repairing and servicing CNC machinery
- Experience with up to 5-axis mills and lathes preferred
- Fanuc, Siemens and/or general PLC experience preferred
- Strong communication skills when working with teammates, customers and vendors
- Comfortable traveling within a 2–3 hour radius of Indianapolis
