Facility can cancel 2 shifts per 13 week contract with no penalty - guaranteed hours only apply at 3rd cancelation. Right to hire with no penalty after 13 week assignment completed. Late Cancellation of Shift by Client Affiliate or HealthTrust:3.11.1 Cancelled during a shift or upon arriving to the Client Affiliate facility for Per Diem Staff – pay subcontractor for the greater of the number of hours worked or 4 hours.3.11.2 Cancelled before 12 p.m. Client Affiliate time business day prior to shift for Per Diem Staff - no charge.3.11.3 Cancelled after 12 p.m. Client Affiliate time business day prior to shift for Per Diem Staff
