Portfolio Analyst Credit

A real estate investment firm is seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst to support fund performance, portfolio analytics, valuations, capital management and investor reporting. This is a highly visible role for someone who wants exposure across the full investment management lifecycle, working with acquisitions, asset management, accounting, capital markets, investor relations and senior leadership.

What We're Looking For~1–3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, finance or a related analytical role~ Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills~ Exposure to fund structures, portfolio analytics or investor reporting is a plus~ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines~ Clear written and verbal communication skills~ Interest in using technology and AI to improve analytical workflows Why Consider It?
