Mass Arbitration Attorney High-Impact Consumer Litigation

Morgan & Morgan is scaling its Mass Arbitration practice and is hiring an attorney to work directly with our lead attorney, helping identify viable cases and shepherd them through arbitration. This in-office role requires 3–6 years of experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and an active bar license. You’ll read contracts, develop theories, write analyses, and litigate arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions, including New York, Chicago, Detroit, and Tampa.
