Stop chasing billing and start practicing medicine. If you're a Board-Certified PMHNP, you know the "Administrative Grind" isn't just annoying—it's the fastest path to burnout. We built this network for the practitioner who wants to reclaim their clinical autonomy without the headache of running a back office. As a 1099 Contractor with us, you are the pilot. We provide the plane, the fuel, and the passengers; you decide when and where to fly. Why This is Different The "No-Show" Shield: Your time is your inventory. If a patient cancels late or fails to show, you still get paid 100%. No more gaps in your paycheck because of a patient's schedule. Total Sovereignty: There are no "minimum hour" quotas. You set your schedule. If you want to work three hours on a Tuesday night or forty hours across the week, we support it. Zero Logistics: We handle the credentialing nightmares, the billing cycles, and the insurance follow-ups. You focus exclusively on psychiatric evaluations and treatment. High-Tier Reimbursement: We offer premium rates that reflect your status as a specialized provider.
The Role:
Clinical Focus: Conduct high-quality psychiatric evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Medication Management: Manage a diverse, nationwide client base via our streamlined, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Independence: Manage your own caseload with the support of a platform designed to minimize "click-fatigue."What You BringBoard Certification: Active PMHNP-BC is required.
