We are a small, independently owned outpatient physical therapy clinic seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. Our clinic is built around quality care — not high patient volume. Every patient is treated one-on-one for a full hour, allowing you to provide individualized treatment and truly build relationships with your patients. We believe great outcomes happen when therapists have the time and freedom to connect with their patients. Why Therapists Love Working Here: ✔ One patient at a time — every session is 60 minutes (no double bookings) ✔ Supportive, low-stress clinic culture ✔ Flexible scheduling and work-life balance ✔ Freedom to be creative and hands-on with treatments ✔ Opportunity to build real relationships and see real patient progress ✔ Small team that genuinely enjoys coming to work
