We're seeking someone who lives and breathes the creator economy and has experience managing talent, securing brand partnerships, and overseeing campaigns from outreach to payment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a roster of creators and their day-to-day communications
- Pitch talent to brands, agencies, and industry partners
- Negotiate campaign rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and contracts
- Oversee campaign execution, deliverables, timelines, and invoicing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and brand partners
- Stay ahead of social media trends and identify new partnership opportunities
- Help scale and grow our talent division
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management
- Experience managing an existing roster of creators is strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of influencer pricing, licensing, contracts, and partnership strategy
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the creator economy
