Managers are usually promoted within 18-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that. We are looking for an EHS Manager who will spearhead a recreation of a Safety culture that this person can be proud of. This is a large campus with 900+ employees and an operation that is accustomed to excellence. A proactive leader will be able to drive real and impactful change.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of Safety Leadership
- Experienced in an SQF manufacturing environment is a plus
- Workers Comp and Occupational Health Case Management experience is required
- Energetic leadership style and ability to drive a safety culture
