Production Associate Part-TimeOur customer in Lena, Illinois is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Production Associate to work on 1st shift part-time. In this role, you will support the cheese production line by operating equipment, performing quality checks, and helping maintain a clean and safe food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities of the Production Associate: Operate and monitor production equipment on the cheese line to ensure safe and efficient production. Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards. Follow detailed work instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures. Assist with handling, lifting, and moving materials throughout the production process. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in accordance with food safety guidelines. Support production goals by working efficiently and communicating issues to team leads. Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily production operations.
Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. safely.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Willingness to follow strict food safety and quality standards.
Ability to work weekdays with flexibility for weekends as needed.
Pay for Production Associate: $19.00/hour.
