Global Head of Real-World Evidence Science & Epidemiology

Pfizer Inc. seeks a senior leader to direct the RWE Science & Epidemiology Execution arm of the EvGen Platform. This role will guide ~60 professionals in creating retrospective real-world evidence using diverse data sources, integrating methods, and supporting observational and hybrid trials across global priorities. The Head will translate RWE strategies into actionable plans, set KPIs, ensure high-quality SAPs, and communicate outcomes to Pfizer leadership and external stakeholders.
