School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Mount Prospect, Illinois Step into a dynamic role working with students in a supportive, school-based environment. This onsite, full-time contract opportunity is perfect for a Certified School Nurse (CSN) who thrives on collaboration, adaptability, and making a difference across multiple school settings. Located near Mount Prospect, IL, you'll work closely with onsite RNs, lending your expertise to assist with student IEPs and medical planning. Your responsibilities will span one middle school and three elementary schools, all of which have full-time RNs in place. As a key resource, you'll flex between locations, providing essential support to nursing teams and actively participating in individualized education program (IEP) meetings, as well as creating and implementing medical emergency plans for students as needed.
