Licensed Esthetician -- Facials & Skincare

Shot Bar Medspa is seeking a licensed esthetician focused on facials, personalized skincare, and growing their business within our medspa. We offer an attractive commission percentage and are looking for someone motivated to turn great service into repeat clients. You need to be a hustler—in the best sense of the word. You take initiative, follow through, promote your services, and understand that building a book requires consistent effort. You’ll have our team’s support, and you should be excited to actively market yourself.

What You’ll Do: Perform customized facials tailored to each client’s skin concerns and goals. Recommend appropriate skincare products, home care, and follow-up treatments. Build lasting relationships through excellent service and thoughtful follow-up. Actively grow your clientele through social media, networking, referrals, and community connections. Help create engaging skincare content and promote your services in collaboration with Shot Bar. Encourage rebooking and take ownership of growing your schedule. Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow sanitation and clinic protocols. Collaborate with our medical team and perform services within your license and training. Who We’re Looking ForAn active Illinois esthetician license. Hands-on facial experience and strong skincare knowledge. A warm, confident personality and excellent communication skills. A dependable, self-motivated professional who takes initiative. Willingness to market yourself and stay consistent with client-building efforts. Comfort using social media to showcase your work and educate potential clients. An existing clientele is a plus. Spa or medspa experience preferred.
