Nirvana is seeking a Head of Strategy & Operations to bridge vision and reality, shaping the strategic direction and turning it into actionable operating plans across the company. Leading a ~15-person org spanning Business Ops, Marketing, Safety, and core Insurance Operations, you will set priorities, design cadences, and drive cross-functional initiatives, from carrier partnerships to AI-enabled workflow automation.
