High-Earning B2B Sales Representative – Merchant Services (Commission & Residuals) Global Processing Systems is a nationally recognized leader in merchant services, providing secure, innovative payment processing solutions to businesses across all industries. We're expanding our professional sales team and seeking experienced, results-driven B2B sales professionals who are ready to take control of their income, hit ambitious targets, and grow a long-term residual revenue stream in a lucrative, recession-proof industry.
What We Offer:
High Earning Potential: On average, our agents bring in around $120,000 their first year, often doubling in the second year with consistent activity. Our top-performing agents, even relatively new ones, have built long-term residuals — one agent in just four years is earning $63,000 per month in residuals. Commission + Residual Structure: Earn upfront commissions on equipment and POS placements, plus ongoing passive income from all transactions ran through each business in your growing portfolio. Supportive Sales Culture: We focus on selling, while our dedicated back-office team handles paperwork, onboarding, and merchant support. This allows you to maximize your earning potential without administrative distractions. Industry Credibility: GPS has strong relationships with major processors and sits on the boards of leaders like Fiserv, Tysys, and Clover. We offer extremely competitive rates, helping our sales team close deals faster. Flexibility: Work remotely and manage your own schedule while building your book of business. Sales Expectations: Close 5–10 new deals per month. Maintain consistent prospecting activity — target at least 30 business owners per day. Track activity and submit merchant statements to ensure accurate commissions and portfolio growth. Attend weekly or bi-weekly sales meetings to sharpen skills, participate in roleplays, and stay aligned with team goals.
Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business clients in all industries.
Present and sell merchant services solutions, including credit card processing, POS systems, cash discount programs, and merchant financing.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to hit high revenue targets.
Compensation:
