Director of Spa and Wellness

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Oversee the full daily operation of the spa, including all spa services, wellness programmes, and aquatic facilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, drive revenue, and grow the profitability of the spa and retail operationsLead, inspire, and develop a team of therapists, estheticians, retail attendants, and support staff to maintain high service standardsCollaborate with the marketing team to promote spa services, wellness retreats, and special eventsManage scheduling, training, and ongoing development of the spa and retail teamEstablish and maintain strong vendor relationships for spa products and treatment lines, negotiating favorable termsAnalyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to meet business objectivesStay current with wellness, beauty, and spa trends, introducing new services and products where appropriateEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all spa areasCollaborate with engineering to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly within the spaWHAT YOU BRINGMinimum 5 years of spa and wellness management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury settingStrong understanding of spa services, wellness trends, and retail management, including merchandising and inventoryProven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue managementExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsKnowledge of spa facilities including pool, fitness, thermal, and aquatic environmentsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferredFlexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings as requiredWHAT'S OFFEREDUSD $150,000 - $165,000 per yearComprehensive and competitive benefits package
