Financial Counseling Specialist

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Financial Counseling Specialist to support patients in understanding and managing healthcare costs. In this role, you will provide pre- and post-service financial counseling, verify insurance, explain benefits and payment options, estimate patient responsibility, and assist with financial assistance and payment plans. You will collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate billing, resolve account issues, and improve the patient financial experience in a mission-driven, growth-focused organization.
