Role Description:
The Delray Beach Private Chef role at Vered LLC is a part-time, on-site position based in Delray Beach, FL, working two days per week( ideally Sat/Sun or could be Fri/Sat; Sun/Mon). Staring immediately until January 14th. Primarily cooking for a single women, mid forties with a sensitive stomach and specific limited diet. The Private Chef will prepare, and present meals according to client limited dietary needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include organic grocery shopping, food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen cleanup. The role also involves maintaining a hygienic and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with clients to refine menus and dining experiences. The Private Chef is expected to be punctual, responsive to requests, and able to work independently while respecting client privacy and household routines.
Qualifications:
Must have Private in-home experience (not simply catering) Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen sanitation, and proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Experience accommodating dietary restrictions, allergies, and nutrition-focused meal planning.
Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities in a private home setting.
Clear and courteous communication skills, with the ability to interpret and respond to client preferences.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for client confidentiality and household norms.
Reliability in transportation to Delray Beach, FL, and flexibility to work the agreed two days per week.
Prior experience as a private chef a MUST.
