The Accounting Payable Specialist will provide support to the Staff Accountant and be responsible for a variety of routine and non-routine including contract maintenance, invoice approval and payable functions related to the new home building developments projects and the different phases of construction.
Responsibilities:- Review of vendor contracts and maintaining and updating the systems
- Tracking and maintaining construction records and documents
- Coding invoices, reviewing and obtaining approvals for payment
- Data entry and prepare invoices for vendor payments in the system
- Assisting accounting to resolve discrepancies or customer service questions
- Preparing of monthly reporting for the Controller
