Position: Dispatcher
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMAdditionally, one Saturday per month
Pay: $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do:- Handle technician dispatching efficiently to support daily operations
- Answer incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service
- Schedule jobs and maintain accurate records using Service
- TitanMonitor job progress and communicate updates as needed
- Respond calmly and professionally to emergency situations
- Serve as a key communication link between customers and field staff
What We’re Looking For:- Previous dispatcher experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Organized, calm under pressure, and a team player
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
