Job Description:
- Manage material-related quality issues with outside manufacturing processes including plating, heat treating, anodizing, painting, and other metal finishing processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding nonconformances
- Lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement efforts, and problem-solving initiatives
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to identify opportunities to resolve non-conformances
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a field involving metals, metallurgy, or material scienceBS Degree in Engineering; candidates from materials testing lab backgrounds will be considered
