Sustainability Disclosure & Ratings Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities: Manage sustainability disclosures, ESG reporting, and related data consolidation and quality management. Lead or support external sustainability ratings and questionnaires such as CDP, S\&P CSA, and EcoVadis. Monitor sustainability disclosure standards and developments, including IFRS S1/S2, GRI, TCFD, and TNFD. Coordinate cross-functional data collection to enhance the consistency, completeness, and traceability of ESG information. Benchmark peer practices and analyze ESG rating results to identify disclosure and performance improvement opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, corporate sustainability, financial/non-financial disclosure, or related fields. Knowledge of GRI, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD/TNFD, CDP, S\&P CSA, EcoVadis, or related frameworks/ratings; strong Chinese and English writing, data analysis, information synthesis, and cross-functional coordination skills. Bachelor's degree or above in Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
