Job Responsibilities: Welcome customers and make sure all the customer's needs are met, by attentively listening and giving superb customer service Thoroughly explain our features and benefits and recommend the perfect storage unit Work with other team members and communicate any pertinent information Reach company goals by partnering with the Site Manager and Regional Manager Take and make calls to customer's regarding their storage account and document information in our computer system Help keep the facility to our high standard of cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and picking up debris Conduct inspections of the property, checking conditions and availability of storage units Take payments, balance cash drawer, and prepare daily deposits Use various computer programs effectively BenefitsPaid time off Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Plan Select paid holidays Extensive customer service and sales training Promotes from within Set schedule We look forward to hearing from you.
