About the Role:
Just Video Walls designs, sells and deploys premium direct-view LED (dvLED) video wall systems for residential and commercial applications. We work through a nationwide network of professional AV dealers and integrators, and we're looking for three Inside Territory Sales Representatives to help us expand that network — one each for the West, Central and East regions. All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying. This is more than a lead-generation role. You'll build and manage your own book of dealer business within your region. You'll identify and recruit new dealers, onboard and train them, support them as opportunities develop, and help turn newly signed accounts into active, repeat customers. You'll also work directly with inbound consumer leads, qualify their projects and connect them with the right authorized dealer in their market. You'll become a first-line sales resource for your dealers. You won't be expected to engineer complex video wall systems — we have dedicated technical design and engineering teams for that — but you will learn our products well enough to answer common product, application and basic sales-design questions and know when to bring in our technical team. You don't need video wall experience. We'll teach you the product. You need to bring the sales drive.

How We WorkPick up the phone. We act before we overthink. Speed and activity create opportunities.
Be direct and clear. We say what we mean — with customers and with each other.
Own your region. Every dealer and prospect is someone's responsibility. If they haven't heard from us, that's on us.
Learn the product. We sell technical hardware to a demanding market. Curiosity is required; we'll train the rest.
If it's not in HubSpot, it didn't happen. Follow-up, discipline and accurate records are how we earn trust with dealers and each other.
