Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to support reliable system operation.
Identify electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant-related problems.
Clearly explain service findings and recommended repairs to customers.
Complete accurate service records and maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Follow company procedures and established safety practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience servicing and repairing HVAC systems.
Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of electrical controls and refrigeration systems.
EPA Section 608 certification appropriate to the equipment serviced.
Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable for company vehicle use.
