University of Central Florida is seeking an Associate Vice President, Central Advancement to lead development teams and drive philanthropic results across colleges and units. This senior fundraising role requires strategic vision, mentorship, and collaboration with deans, faculty, and university leadership to advance the university’s comprehensive campaign. You will oversee major gift fundraising, develop donor engagement plans, and ensure fundraising operations meet objectives through
