Position Highlights
Patient Population: Primarily older adults with chronic conditions
Schedule: 36 patient-facing hours + 4 hours of administrative time
Patient volume: patients per day No weekend or holiday shifts Optional participation in daytime call rotation (no after-hours call) Clinical Support: Team-based care supported by an RN Team Leader and Medical Assistant Technology: Meditech Expanse EMR with Dragon dictation for streamlined charting

Ideal Candidate:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (per WMC Medical Staff Bylaws)ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Completion of an ACGME-, AOA-, or RCPSC-accredited residency
- Comfortable maintaining their own patient panel and working autonomously
