The Head of Product & Supply Chain will also be tasked with overseeing a team of approximately 20, leading cross-functional meetings, and developing scalable workflows and processes to support the company's growth. Applicants for the Head of Product & Supply Chain position at the company should have significant leadership experience in product operations, product development, supply chain, or a related function. A background in a high-volume product environment, such as CPG, toys, or hard goods, is essential, with a preference for those who have experience managing a team and have a strong understanding of merchandising. The role requires a candidate who is operational, decisive, and low-drama, with a proven track record of working against retailer requirements and deadlines. Deep experience in managing factory relationships, leading negotiations, and a strong background in logistics, freight, and shipping are also key qualifications.
