Hybrid Implementation Manager, Managed Services

You will lead complex Employer Solutions implementations, coordinating discovery, configuration, testing, readiness, and transition to ensure a seamless Partner experience. With 5+ years in related roles and 2+ years in complex cross-functional leadership, you'll work in a 25% in-office hybrid model across Boston, Orlando, and other hubs. Proficiency in Excel, CRM and project tools is expected.
