About the division:
Working in markets around the world, our people make us strong. They are Deutsche Bank. Without Human Resources, we could never source, develop and retain the best talent, or apply the strategies that motivate their performance.
We have a key role in the delivery of a culture that aligns risks and rewards, attracts and develops talented individuals, fosters teamwork and partnership, and makes a positive contribution to the countries in which we operate.
About the Role:
Our people in Human Resources find and recruit the brightest talent. They develop their skills by providing them with structured, on‑going training. They give every single member of our staff the chance to achieve their career goals and make their work exceptionally rewarding.
Working on our day‑to‑day business or on challenging, business‑critical projects, you will acquire a broad knowledge of different areas. Your tasks will vary according to your precise role. You might be giving employee advice, facilitating workforce decisions or working on large‑scale initiatives. You will learn from the best, evolve professionally as well as personally, and build a firm foundation upon which to specialise later.
Areas where you might work could include:
Talent & Development
Business Advisory
Performance & Reward
What we look for:
We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.
You should show a keen interest in the field of Human Resources. You already have a record of academic achievement and you’re eager to go on learning at the same intensive rate. You’ll thrive on working in a highly collaborative and diverse culture with some of the best minds in banking.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who work well on teams and inspire others with their ideas. Strong candidates will have excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
