Concierge (Part-Time)

Location: 77004 Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Employment Status: Part-TimeKey Responsibilities Greet and assist residents and guests with professionalism and warmth. Manage Front Desk operations, including access control, visitor management, and security monitoring. Handle mail, packages, reservations, and resident requests. Conduct daily property walkthroughs and report maintenance or housekeeping needs. Maintain knowledge of community amenities and local services to enhance the resident experience. Complete reports, document incidents, and support administrative needs. Collaborate with leadership to address and resolve resident concerns promptly. Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: High School Diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor's in Hospitality Management preferred. A minimum of one year of high-end/luxury hospitality or property management experience is preferred.

Skills: Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at once. Must be friendly and courteous, and enjoy working with a variety of people while maintaining a professional demeanor. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Information Systems.

Other Requirements: Ability to lift 30-50 pounds. Ability to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
