Position Overview: Join a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Center as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Work alongside an experienced anesthesiology team providing anesthesia care for a wide range of inpatient surgical procedures in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments. Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgical procedures. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams. Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process. Respond to emergencies and provide critical anesthesia support. Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR.Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based anesthesia care.

Qualifications: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).Active Michigan RN License (required at submission).NBCRNA Certification. Current BLS and ACLS Certifications. DEA and CSR/CDS (required prior to start).Clean malpractice and license history. Experience as a practicing CRNA required (new graduates not accepted).H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available.
