The role blends strategic influence with practical delivery, partnering with Digital, Learning and Functional teams to design and deliver scalable digital learning programs. Based in the USA with hybrid working, you will manage vendor relationships (including LinkedIn Learning), curate digital curricula, and measure impact with data analytics to drive ROI.
