Lead Analyst, Strategic Analytics

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Lead Analyst, Strategic Analytics for a leading healthcare client. This individual will serve as the dedicated analytics partner for assigned areas of the revenue cycle business, working closely with operational leaders to define KPIs, understand performance drivers, and translate complex data into actionable business insights. The Lead Analyst will own the analytics strategy and reporting roadmap for their functional areas, including dashboards, reports, data sources, and KPI definitions. This person will conduct hands-on analysis, identify trends and root causes, challenge assumptions, and proactively surface opportunities to improve operational and financial performance. They will also develop self-service analytics and visualizations using Power BI and/or Databricks and mentor other analysts on analytical thinking, visualization, and stakeholder engagement.
