Senior Accountant (43130) Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that's looking for a Senior Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, organized, and analytical. The salary for this position is $75K - $100K.The Senior Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Process payroll, deductions, garnishments, and maintain accurate records
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare general ledger journal entries Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution Assist with audits, tax filings, compliance reporting, and internal controls Manage cash reconciliations, forecasting, and financial statement preparation Improve accounting processes using Excel, automation, and AI tools The Senior Accountant will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of relevant experience, manufacturing experience preferred Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll/ERP systems Interest in AI and accounting automation Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
