Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, present recommendations, and facilitate remote meetings.
Experience in operations management within hospitality or service-focused environments, including process improvement and performance optimization.
Background in hospitality consulting, hotel operations, or related leadership roles is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with performance metrics, budgeting, and revenue management in hospitality is a plus.
