BCBA - In-Home Applied Behavior Analysis

Location: Baltimore, MD (Travel to client homes and community settings)

Pay: $75 to $110 per hour Make a lasting difference for individuals and families through in-home ABA services, with strong hourly pay and real clinical ownership.

Must-Haves: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to client locations Strong communication skills with families and staff

What You’ll Do: Conduct ABA assessments and functional analyses Design and oversee Behavior Support Plans for skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and adaptive living skills Supervise and support RBTs and Direct Support Professionals Oversee programming for associate behavior analysts Deliver parent training and ongoing family support Communicate regularly with parents, RBTs, and the corporate office Ensure accurate implementation and documentation of behavior plans

Nice-to-Haves: Prior BCBA experience Experience supervising RBTs in home or community settings Experience with adaptive life skills programming

Compensation and Benefits: $75 to $110 per hour, based on experience
