What You’ll Do:
Lead project pursuits, estimating, budgeting, and proposal development.
Manage subcontractor pricing, scope development, and cost analysis.
Coordinate design reviews, constructability, and value engineering.
Identify project risks and support contract negotiations.
Partner with operations, engineering, clients, and trade partners.
Lead and develop preconstruction team members.
Ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction execution.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of preconstruction or construction estimating experience.
Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, GMPs, construction contracts, and risk management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
