Flexible Infusion Home Care RN (Per-Diem)

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking an infusion RN for per-diem home visits in Rockland County, NY. The role focuses on initiating and following up infusion care, venous access, and patient education, with supervision of newly hired nurses as needed. The ideal candidate has 3+ years RN experience in home infusion or related settings, infusion IV/IG and biologic meds experience, and a valid NYS RN license.
