Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Kimberly Court to assist in all forms of property upkeep, both routine and emergency, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing preventative maintenance, pool care, and keeping accurate logs, while adhering to safety standards and Fair Housing/OSHA requirements.
