To support the expansion of financial wellness services, the contract Global Financial Planner will provide personalized financial guidance to Northstar members through text-based chat and video calls, working remotely and focusing on building customized financial plans and empowering members to maximize their employer benefits.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with Northstar Planning Leadership to develop country-specific advice strategies and launch services in Costa Rica
Build customized financial plans and provide actionable guidance to enhance members' financial health
Educate members on maximizing their employer benefits and support them through various communication channelsRequired qualificationsInternationally recognized financial planning or advisory designation (e.g., CFA, CFP, ChFC) with active local licensing as a strong plus
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Experience in multiple areas of personal finance, including retirement, investments, and budgeting
Proficiency in financial planning software and adaptability to proprietary tools
Demonstrated track record of providing comprehensive financial plans in a fiduciary capacity
