Chief Data Scientist, Defensible Analytics & Strategy

Attain is seeking a VP of Data Science to lead the methodology behind our data products and to defend the science in client conversations. You will set standards for defensible measures, own census balancing, attribution, and incrementality, and partner across product, engineering, and commercial teams. You will guide a team of data scientists, work with external consultants, and translate complex methods into actionable business recommendations for clients and executives.
