Energy Attorney

MS Legal Search is seeking an Energy Attorney with 2-5 years of prior energy transactional experience to join a top law firm in their Houston office. The practice focuses on upstream, midstream, and renewable mergers and acquisitions, energy agreements and contracts and other general corporate matters. This position is for a small, close-knit team and will entail strong responsibility and a hands-on practice. Compensation is strong at this top caliber law firm. Strong academic credentials are required. Relocating lawyers with Texas connections are welcome as our attorneys from an in-house setting. Compensation is $220,000 to $280,000 plus bonuses.
